Pay Rate: $36+/hr. DOE
Location: Boise, ID.
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interface with procurement to ensure project materials have been ordered and establish lead time for the materials.
- Track long lead items and their effect on project schedule.
- Identify long lead items during design.
- Create PO requests for material and services as needed.
- Create receipts for received materials or services completed.
- Maintain and file project documents related to PM scope of work.
- Works with project team to identify, mitigate, or eliminate project safety risk.
- Keep project schedules and database entries up to date.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years related PM experience.
- Associate degree in related field or Project Management Certificate in lieu of experience.
- Completed training in basic construction safety (OSHA 10 or equivalent in-house training).
- Understands project lifecycle, phases, and roles/responsibilities within each phase.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Ability to learn and utilize customer specific construction management and planning software.
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects.
- Ability to use MS Project utilizing and modifying MS Project templates, while retaining schedule logic.
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
