Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct QA/QC inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for construction accuracy.
- Monitor contractor workmanship and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain inspection reports, punch lists, and QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety requirements, codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to support quality, schedule, and project objectives.
- Support commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activities.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and facility systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Understanding of construction codes and safety requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated teamwork, adaptability, and commitment to quality.
Preferences:
- Experience performing construction inspections, quality audits, and QA/QC activities.
- Familiarity with commissioning, startup, turnover, and project closeout processes.
- Understanding of contractor management and construction project coordination.
- Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or semiconductor construction projects preferred.
- Relevant QA/QC, construction, or safety certifications preferred.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
