Pay Rate: $63,000-$68,000 Annually DOE

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support, motivate, and engage the workforce to build a strong team environment and improve retention.
- Partner with management to foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with core values.
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to leaders, including coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving concerns effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws while minimizing organizational risk.
- Collaborate with leadership and the Talent team on workforce planning and staffing strategies.
- Analyze trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
- Drive process improvements and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance business operations.
- Identify training and development needs for teams and support individual coaching to improve performance.
- Support business growth and customer retention through strong employee engagement and partnership with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant human resources experience, including experience in employee relations.
- HS Diploma or GED
- MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a consistent focus on delivering excellent customer service. Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels, with high emotional intelligence and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.
- Must have a high level of integrity, good judgment, flexibility, attention to detail, and maintain the confidentiality and privacy of information inherent to the role. This is a team player role, so you must be ready to work collaboratively.
- Paylocity HRIS experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or a combination of college education and HR professional certification.
Physical Effort/Activities:
On a continuous basis will work in an office environment, sit at desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer telephone and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
