Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $30 Hourly
Location: Phoenix, AZ.


The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing equipment installation and preventative maintenance on client equipment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site support for the installation of machines.
  • Perform daily, weekly, or monthly equipment preventative maintenance tasks as directed by the customer.
  • Report any major maintenance needs and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with peers to identify priorities and independently complete activities within specified timelines.
  • Coordinate with customer engineering to facilitate tool testing and ensure successful completion.
  • Assist in troubleshooting software, complex systems, and other computer systems.
  • Be available to work Monday through Friday, with the possibility of extended hours based on the customer's installation needs.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in the installation and support of semiconductor or other industrial equipment
  • High level of technical proficiency in equipment installation and service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to travel as required to support customer installation plans.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in providing onsite support for equipment installation and service.
  • Knowledge of software troubleshooting and computer systems.
  • Certifications or training in relevant technical areas.
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Speaks Taiwanese
