Schedule: Compressed Work Shift / Flexible
Pay Rate: $38 - $40 Hourly, DOE 
Location: Pasadena, California
Travel: Local and International Travel Required
Position Type: Full Time

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

• Complete formal and OJT training for instrument certification.
• Manage traveling inventory per department policy.
• Protect and maintain company property.
• Handle customer service calls/messages in line with department policies.
• Keep records of work and training.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude, in line with company policies.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude toward employees and customers.
• Adherent to company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Open to local and international travel.
• BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Passport required.
• Knowledge of analog/digital circuitry and mechanical principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (internal and external).
• Ability to communicate service details and schedules effectively.
• Follow instructions and perform service calls (preventive maintenance/repairs).
• Understanding physics, chemistry, and electronics (use of test equipment).
• Ability to interface with customers and service teams.
• Proficient in English (read, write, speak).
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Tools (Deposition / Dry Etch Systems).

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
