Schedule: A Shift EHS-EMT (6:00am-6:00pm) 30m lunch
Pay Rate: $26+/hr DOE
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Complete all required safety training and perform all work in accordance with site safety policies, JHA/JSA guidelines, and environmental regulations
  • Always wear appropriate PPE and actively participate in EHS programs by promptly reporting safety concerns or issues
  • Follow change management processes to maintain safety and quality standards while supporting compliance requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, increase efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Adhere to area-specific procedures and maintain accurate documentation, including submitting updates when needed
  • Monitor and interpret signals from fire monitoring systems, alarms (duress, evacuation), and emergency safety equipment activations
  • Coordinate emergency communications, dispatch response efforts, maintain contact records, and provide crisis intervention and pre-arrival support for various incidents

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to obtain Medical Dispatcher Certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
 

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
