Schedule: M-F, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $45+ DOE, Hourly
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with various teams to achieve corporate cost efficiency goals and business plans.
  • Develop, implement, and improve facilities cost and capital management processes that align with corporate business processes.
  • Monitor performance to plan.
  • Track and monitor budgets for multiple projects.
  • Track and monitor cash flows for multiple projects.
  • Manage the invoicing team to ensure payments are issued within the net payment terms.
  • Cost plan & review estimates from general contractor benchmarking.
  • Analyze and report on project cost performance, finding opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously drive budgeting process improvement.
  • Identify and analyze spending to meet the budget target with data analysis skills and continuously improve to hit the stretch goal.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a cost management/cost control role with a general contractor.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related field/experience.
  • Ability to effectively organize and facilitate meetings.
  • Demonstrate high-level integrity in managing sensitive data.
  • Able to develop long-term working relationships and trust across the global Facilities network.
Preferred:
  • Previous industrial construction experience.
