Schedule: Days (Mon - Fri 6:00am -2:30pm)
Pay Rate: $40-$50 Hourly DOE
Location: Boise, ID 

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
  • Ensures that the project team plans all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with Owner and Technology Development (TD) safety policies
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as Safety and Environmental
  • Performs and facilitates audits and submits good catches
  • Coordinates projects to ensure deliverables are completed within the required scope, schedule and budget
  • Ensures regular communication to stakeholders of project status, roadblocks, and path to success
  • Clarifies and documents project scope and ensures necessary input from appropriate stakeholders
  • Follows change management procedures
  • Supports of develops RFQs for construction activities
Requirements:
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time-management, organization and prioritization skills
  • Proven ability to plan, drive and complete projects effectively
  • Proven ability in multi-tasking complex projects
  • Proven skills in working effectively with team members from different disciplines
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to coordinate efforts across a variety of groups
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced PC skills including a proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project)
  • Strong partnering, negotiation, and team-working skills with team members from different disciplines.
