Seeking a Bi-lingual Receptionist/Accounting Clerk for a full service distributor of building maintenance products.
Starting pay $20.00 - $25.00/hr. DOE

Responsibilities:
- Customer service
Greet customers and visitors, direct them to the right person, and take payments - Clerical tasks
Answer phones, file paperwork, schedule appointments, and perform other clerical duties - Accounting-related duties
Data Entry, Process payments, post payments to accounting software, and assist with accounting tasks like accounts payable and accounts receivable and general ledger entries - Other duties
Maintain lobby displays, ensure a secure lobby, type reports and correspondence, assist with other departments and work areas as needed, and provide department workflow support
Qualifications/Requirements:
High school degree, Associates preferred or specialized training: Bookkeeping courses.
3+ years of receptionist and accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Bi-lingual - English/Spanish

Data entry
Accounting (payables, receivables, general ledger, billing) software
Spreadsheet software
Ability to use the Internet and e-mail
Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks
