Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Complete all required safety training and perform all work in accordance with site safety policies, JHA\/JSA guidelines, and environmental regulationsAlways wear appropriate PPE and actively participate in EHS programs by promptly reporting safety concerns or issuesFollow change management processes to maintain safety and quality standards while supporting compliance requirementsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, increase efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunitiesAdhere to area-specific procedures and maintain accurate documentation, including submitting updates when neededMonitor and interpret signals from fire monitoring systems, alarms (duress, evacuation), and emergency safety equipment activationsCoordinate emergency communications, dispatch response efforts, maintain contact records, and provide crisis intervention and pre-arrival support for various incidentsRequirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredAbility to obtain Medical Dispatcher CertificationProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and TeamsStrong written and verbal communication skills&#160;Physical Effort\/Activities:May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to&#160;bend, twist, push\/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
