Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Receive training on the modification, assembly, checkout, and testing of semiconductor equipment at a manufacturing facility in Chaska, MNPerform on-site service, upgrades, modifications, and repairs on semiconductor processing equipmentDiagnoses and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure optimal performanceConduct equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance activitiesMaintain accurate service records, documentation, and required reportsStay current on equipment, tools, and industry advancements through training, manuals, factory publications, and other technical resourcesFollow established safety, quality, and operational proceduresRepresent the company professionally while working at customer sitesMaintain standards of conduct required by both WGNSTAR and customer facilities to retain site access credentialsCollaborate with customers and team members to resolve technical issues and support equipment operationsRequirements:Detail-oriented individuals with strong technical and mechanical aptitudeStrong work ethic and interest in building a long-term career with unlimited growth and advancement opportunitiesPrior experience and\/or military experience in a mechanical or electronics-related field preferred1+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipmentExcellent customer service and customer-facing communication skillsMechanical aptitude with the ability to safely and effectively use hand and power toolsEagerness to learn and willingness to work in a hands-on, physically active roleHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredMotivated self-starter with a desire for career progression and continuous developmentPhysical Effort\/Activities:May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to&#160;bend, twist, push\/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
