Your goal will be to adhere to facility standard operating procedures with a focus on safety and quality. Your success will contribute to the facilities' overall throughput while simultaneously developing your own skills in a coveted and highly technical industry. Person Specification You are safety focused and have proven leadership skills and experience A strong team player with ability to work well within a diverse team Have excellent organisational, time keeping, and communication skills Ability to adapt to different tasks and to prioritise activities You are looking for a new challenge and to develop your career Work Schedule 12 hour shifts to cover 7 days (Sunday-Wednesday and Wednesday-Thursday) alternating Wednesdays shift pattern.Contract Type1 year fixed term contractPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities Implementation of the Customer's Ireland EHS program at site level: leadership engagement, customer EHS point of contact, deliver instructor-led Life Saving Rules training, monitor EHS KPIs, establish key safety focus areas for site.Manage and interpret EHS-related documentation, including but not limited to: the Customer's safety documentation & procedures, safety indicators (leading/lagging), incident logs (near miss/good catch, injury, and environment) Perform thorough incident investigations to ensure actions are put in place to prevent further occurrence​.Provide sustaining support for the field operations team (safety review board support, permit to work reviews etc.)Create and effectively distribute toolbox talks, safety communications, and informational presentations.
