Schedule: M-TH (7:00am-5:30pm) 30m lunch
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct scheduled inspections of fall protection equipment and sitewide anchor points to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection records using established tracking systems and procedures.
  • Coordinate with Fab teams to schedule cleanroom inspections with minimal impact on production operations.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements related to fall protection.
  • Learn, interpret, and apply fall protection standards and best practices in daily work activities.
  • Complete and maintain required training, including working at heights, lift operations, ladder safety, and Inspect N Track systems.

Requirements:

  • Perform annual inspections of client-owned fall protection equipment and scheduled inspections of sitewide anchor points to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and coordinate AMHS shutdowns/diversions with Fab teams to complete cleanroom inspections with minimal production impact.
  • Apply company policies and develop expertise in fall protection standards, equipment, and processes, including qualifying as a Fall Protection Competent Person.
  • Complete required training for working at heights, man lift operations, ladder safety, and Inspect N Track system usage.
  • Safely operate lifts and ladders and interpret maps and floor plans to effectively perform inspections and equipment placement.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and attention to detail while supporting a safe and compliant work environment.
 

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
