Schedule: M-F (5x10s + Sat 8 hrs) 
Pay Rate: $42.50 hourly + OT
Location: Taylor. TX
Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 
  •  Develop, implement, and manage site-specific safety programs for electrical tool installation.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site facility standards, and site safety policies.
  • Lead safety orientations and ongoing training for employees and subcontractors.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and foremen to integrate safety into daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of safety activities, inspections, and compliance records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for safety-related issues with Samsung representatives.
  • Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across all field operations.
  • Support emergency response planning and drills.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction safety management, preferably in electrical or semiconductor environments.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards, NFPA codes, and cleanroom safety protocols.
  • Proven ability to develop and enforce safety programs in complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; CSP, CHST, or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in safety management software and reporting tools
Preferences:
  • Experience working on Samsung projects or similar semiconductor clients.
  • Familiarity with tool install safety protocols and commissioning procedures.
  • Background in electrical construction safety within high-tech manufacturing facilities.

Physical Effort/Activities:

May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
