Pay Rate: $21+DOE, hourly
Location: Boise, ID
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle material orders and tracking, invoice reconciliation, and monitoring payment completion.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers and vendors regarding the processing status of purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, vendor invoicing, and payment for the Boise facilities team.
- Research and troubleshoot purchasing processing problems.
- Responsible for performing, monitoring, and reporting purchase order activities.
- Place Ariba orders.
- Follow up on data discrepancies and perform appropriate actions as necessary.
- Validate delivery quantities and enter Goods Receipts.
- Create shipdocs.
- Participate in or lead subtasks of ad hoc projects for cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Prior SAP experience.
- Prior Ariba experience.
- Construction, electrical, instrumentation, or architectural knowledge.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
