Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $185K to $200K Annually
Location: Santa Clara, CA 
Position Type: Full-Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Hands on running, operating, maintaining and troubleshooting semiconductor equipment and systems such as HVAC systems, UHP gas/chemical systems, and water systems. 
  • Develop process designs and set up parameters.
  • Collaborate with electrical and process engineers to integrate mechanical systems with overall equipment integration/changeouts. 
  • Monitor and evaluate building systems for performance and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers for specialized tasks.
  • Conduct facility inspections to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Facilities Management.
  • 5+ years experience in semiconductor facilities operations and equipment maintenance.
  • Experience with CAD/Solidworks and facilities design.
  • Experience managing teams and/or projects.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferences:

  • Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment and cleanroom protocols.
