Field Service Engineer - Team Lead
Schedule: Day Shift: M- F Shift 1 
Pay Rate: $33-$38/hr.
Location: Hillsboro, OR.
Travel: Occasional Travel - 30%
Position Type: Full Time

Responsibilities:
  • Startup and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Collaborate with team members and technical support.
  • Provide technical support to customers, sales, and application teams and participate in customer meetings.
  • Perform routine and schedule preventative maintenance on tools.
  • Answer technical questions from our customers about system repairs and applications.
  • Stay current with the latest upgrades and training of new products and software.
  • Prepare written reports for work performed per client and customer requirements.
  • Conduct warranty repairs, retrofits, and troubleshooting of waste gas abatement systems.
  • Install system upgrades and engage in performance improvement efforts.
  • Work with onsite teams on maintenance issues, alarms, and repairs.
  • Comply with OSHA, local, client, and company safety requirements.
  • Travel to other customers and locations.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in electronics or mechanics.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and communication systems.
  • 5+ years of experience working inside a semiconductor manufacturing or similar facility.
  • HAZOP experience dealing with toxic, corrosive, and flammable gases.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow schematics, plans, and other technical documents.
  • Strong customer service and people skills.
  • Must be initiative-taking, driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Efficient and cost-conscious work methods.
  • Professional appearance and high-quality standards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • High voltage electrical experience is a plus
