Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8am-6pm
Pay Rate: $25-$28 DOE Hourly
Location: Chandler, AZ
Position Type: Full Time

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:
- Support the installation of new tooling and equipment.
- Provide documentation and accurate record logging of work performed.
- Provide maintenance and support of equipment throughout the fab
- Train other employees on equipment and processes as required.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robot controllers, electrical control devices, mechanical units, transfer devices and peripheral equipment.
- Diagnose and repair units using factory manuals, diagrams, and schematics.
- Respond to on-call support request for production equipment as needed within 4 hours of receiving phone call.
- Conduct basic path programming with teach pendant.
- Perform I/O testing during commissioning of equipment.
- Coordinate activities with peers, supervisor(s), and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions.
Requirements:
- Ability to use basic hand tools.
- Ability to ensure equipment is designed and programmed to specifications using standard techniques.
- Ability to follow troubleshooting guide to test and diagnose equipment.
- Ability to set breakpoints and step through C# codes to identify faults.
- Ability to walk through trouble faults and determine path of correction with engineers overseas as needed.
- Ability to work an on-call schedule and respond when required within 4 hours of being contacted.
- 2 week training required in Singapore
- Excellent customer interface skills
- Must have previous semiconductor industry experience
Preferred:
- Associates or higher in Mechanical engineering
- Proficient in C, C#, Python, or other programming languages
- Prior work experience installing or maintaining tools and equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Able to read Mechanical and Electrical Schematics
- Mandarin speaking
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
