Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $30-36 Hourly DOE

The principal duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of dry etch and photolithography equipment to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and productions teams to execute equipment setups, adjustments, and changes in accordance with process requirements.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks, calibration procedures, and equipment inspections to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
  • Diagnose equipment issues using a combination of diagnostic tools, software analysis, and hands-on assessment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and repairs performed, and contribute to maintenance documentation improvement.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, efficiency, and performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technological advancements related to dry etch and photolithography systems to provide insights into equipment upgrades and optimizations.

Requirements:

  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; technical certification in a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician, with a focus on dry etch and photolithography equipment within semiconductor manufacturing, within semiconductor manufacturing. 
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, including dry etch, photolithography, and related systems. 
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, performing repairs, and optimizing performance.
  • Familiarity with maintenance and diagnostic tools, software, and techniques used in semiconductor manufacturing. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to systematically solve complex technical problems.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures within a cleanroom environment.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance needs as required. 
  • Prior experience with equipment upgrades, retrofits, or process improvements is a plus.
