Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and analysis across multiple systems, including SAP, Matreq, Packtrack, Hotrec, Resolve, Workday, Shipdoc, Ariba, and OJTCERT.
- Support semiconductor manufacturing operations through effective materials management and operational support.
- Monitor, track, and document shift-level workloads and project completion to ensure accountability and visibility.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supervisors, Purchasing, IT, Facilities, and internal customers, to resolve issues and complete tasks.
- Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance departmental performance and efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse and materials management operations.
- Contribute to system enhancement projects that improve operational effectiveness and data accuracy.
- Represent the department on cross-functional teams, supporting broader organizational and operational objectives.
- Promote and uphold safety standards and quality expectations in all daily activities and processes.
- Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices in warehouse materials management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated ability to follow area procedures safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Familiarity with Micron systems and tools (SAP, Ariba, etc.).
- Proven adaptability to change and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.
Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds. The physical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
